At Humboldt CrossFit, we offer a variety of programs that will help you lose weight, gain muscle, increase strength, and improve your cardio. No matter your age or fitness level, we’ll scale each workout so you get the results you deserve. Your road to a fitter healthier body starts here.

  • CrossFit rx1

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our RX1 program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. This class is designed to improve your general fitness level while developing fundamental skills.

  • CrossFit rx2

    CrossFit RX2 is designed to increase strength and speed while emphasizing proper mechanics. It also includes every aspect of CrossFit training that you know and love.

    *Our CrossFit RX1 and RX2 programs run concurrently and are both scalable to each members’ needs.

  • Quick Fit

    This lightning-fast, 30-minute workout is a condensed CrossFit course. It puts less focus on weights, and more focus on conditioning. If you want great training in a short amount of time, this is the class for you!

  • Fit 4 Life Bootcamp

    Fit 4 Life Bootcamp is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness in a fast and fun way. This introductory class combines the basic principles of strength and CrossFit training.

  • Teen Strength Camp

    Humboldt CrossFit Strength Camp is a strength and conditioning program designed for 13-17 year old athletes and non-athletes alike. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting, strength work and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver superior fitness and performance, as well as establish a positive relationship with fitness.

  • Olympic Lifting

    This intermediate to advanced Olympic lifting class teaches fundamental techniques, while providing superior coaching for athletes ready to take the next step.

  • Primal Kids

    Who says adults get to have all the fun? Primal Kids gets children ages 5-12 on the fast-track to healthy living. Our goal is to establish good movements and fitness throughout their childhood and adolescence.

  • Personal Training

    Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into to your specific needs and work 1-on-1 with you to create optimal workouts that drive your success.

  • Nutritional Counseling/Programming

    The best workout in the world won’t work without the right nutrition. We can help you find the correct diet for your body type, goals, and health needs. If you’re struggling with certain health issues, or even if you feel “perfectly fine,” nutritional guidance is critical to your overall success.

  • Physical Therapy

    Have your workouts been sidelined due to aches and pains? Is an injury keeping you at bay? We offer in-house therapy sessions where you’ll receive excellent treatment and care.
